Pre-workout. No pump. Not bulking as quickly this round. Gains arent as noticeable, as quickly. However, this round seems to be pure lean muscle gains instead of water retention and increased BMI. Thatll make the cutting cycle MUCH easier. And thats great because I FREAKING LOVE food and HATE cardio. (Well, MOST cardio;). Ive ignored arms, pushing more flies and focused, isolated back and abs, instead of compound movements. This makes my triceps a little weaker this round at this stage. But
